- Create and maintain song files
- Register copyrights with the Performing Rights Societies
- Register copyrights with the Library of Congress
- Prepare and register Assignments of Copyright with the Library of Congress
- Register active titles in foreign territories
- Negotiate all licensing (mechanical, print, synchronization, custom, etc...)
- Track royalties and generate royalty statements on a quarterly basis
- Conduct line item audits on all source statements, ensuring that licensees are paying correct rates, reporting accurate units, paying for all licensed usages, have secured licenses for all royalties reported, not crossing income with other uses, and directing income to the correct administrator/publisher
